Hague Reporting — Protecting Your Record
Megan Hague, founder of Hague Reporting

About

When every word matters, count on Hague Reporting.

Megan Hague, as founder of Hague Reporting, has built her firm on one mission: serving the Bench and Bar with the precision they rely on.

For the past ten years, Megan has served as a Federal Official Court Reporter for the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Florida. She reported primarily for the Honorable Mark E. Walker, and gave the judge and court staff live realtime access to proceedings. Before that, she served judges in Iowa’s Fifth Judicial District, starting in 2002. That time in court gives her a working knowledge of what judges, attorneys, and litigants need, and what’s at stake when the transcript has to be verbatim.

Megan specializes in stenographic reporting and realtime services, and she delivers accurate transcripts on time. Her work brings together technical skills, careful attention to detail, and service that clients can count on.

Her influence extends across the profession. Megan has held leadership and committee roles with the National Court Reporters Association, the United States Court Reporters Association, and the Iowa Court Reporters Association. She has served on a court reporting program advisory board, and other reporters have learned reporting technology and realtime best practices from her. She earned an Associate of Business in Realtime Reporting–Judicial from AIB College of Business in Des Moines, Iowa.

When she isn’t at her steno machine racing toward the next deadline, Megan heads for the coast with her husband, Nick, and their daughter to go boating and fishing. Back on dry land, Megan and her daughter share a love of Pilates.

Whether it’s a high-stakes, high-profile trial, a complex deposition, or an expedited transcript, attorneys rely on her accuracy, judges trust her realtime, and clients count on her to deliver on time, every time. For Megan, it all comes down to one promise: protecting your record.
