Nationally certified

Certified reporters on the matters that need a defensible record.

Live, certified feed to counsel as testimony unfolds.

Remote & in-person

The same coverage in a conference room or on the platform you use.

Expedited

Rough drafts, rush, and daily copy when the calendar compresses.

Services

From deposition to trial, a nationally certified record.

Hague Reporting covers the proceeding as noticed — remote or in person — and delivers the record at the speed the matter requires.

Testimony

Certified coverage wherever the record is taken.

  • Depositions

Remote and in-person, with the same certified record either way.

  • Sworn and unsworn statements

On-the-record statements noticed as sworn or unsworn.

  • Examinations under oath

EUOs and other sworn examinations, staffed to the notice.

  • Arbitrations

Private and administered proceedings, in person or remote.

  • Board meetings

Corporate, association, and public-body meetings that need a record.

Court & hearings

From the well of the court to administrative calendars.

  • Court proceedings

Hearings, motion practice, and other courtroom work.

  • Trial work

Jury and non-jury trials, including realtime when counsel needs a live feed.

  • Federal court matters

Coverage for federal proceedings and related out-of-court work.

  • DOAH hearings

Division of Administrative Hearings and related administrative records.

The record

How the transcript gets to your desk.

  • Realtime certified feeds

A live, certified feed so counsel can mark and search as testimony unfolds.

  • Rough drafts

An early draft when you need to work the testimony before the certified final.

  • Expedited turnarounds

Rush and daily copy when the docket will not wait on a standard delivery.

  • Audio/visual transcription

Certified transcription from digital, audio, and visual recordings.

  • Retention of proceedings

The record is kept so copies and reprints are available when you need them.

Upon request

Conference room available

Need a room for the deposition? Ask on the intake form and we will arrange space with the coverage.

How it works

Three steps from notice to certified transcript.

  1. 01

    Submit intake

Send the date, location or platform, party details, and any realtime, expedite, or conference-room needs.

  2. 02

    We confirm coverage

A coordinator confirms the reporter, logistics, and delivery timeline — usually the same day.

  3. 03

    Receive the record

Certified transcripts land with your team. Copies, exhibits, and invoices stay in the portal.
